1. Product Returns and Exchanges

All products in this store are purchased through a代購 (proxy shopping) service. Once a proxy purchase is successful, it cannot be canceled midway, nor can there be acts such as abandoning the order or failing to pick up the goods. The above does not apply to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, which allows consumers to enjoy a "7-day appreciation period with no-questions-asked returns and exchanges" for online purchases! Proxy-purchased goods are considered customized service products, an act of "commissioned proxy purchasing"; therefore, returns and refunds cannot be requested based on personal dislike or personal reasons. All of the above are legally valid terms.

Buyers are kindly asked to confirm the size/style/color of the ordered product before purchasing. Unless a recognized third-party inspection platform verifies it as fake, and the unboxing process is fully recorded, with our exclusive anti-counterfeiting buckle remaining intact and untrimmed, and the product unboxing is fully recorded, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be made after the product is sold.

Pre-ordered products will indicate the arrival time. If there is a delay in delivery due to "official vendor delays," "natural disasters or man-made calamities," or "holiday festivities," the store will not provide order cancellations.

2. Return Policy

Returned products, if not yet confirmed as counterfeit, must be kept unused, free from artificial defects, and without stains or malfunctions. Please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer cardboard box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.


3. Important Notes

a. In the event of holidays with a high volume of orders or uncontrollable natural disasters, official delays may cause shipping delays, and order cancellations will not be provided.
