1. Once an order is placed, it is automatically entered into the Korean studio's pre-order system. If the official supplier delays shipment due to force majeure, no cancellations will be accepted.

2. This official website is a代購 (daigou/proxy shopping) service platform. Placing an order is considered activation of the service and there is no appreciation period (return window). Unless the official supplier confirms a cut in order or cancellation of the shipment plan, orders will be cancelled separately.

3. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "Korean official manufacturers." If there are delays or adjustments in the shipping time, due to the large volume of orders, we will not notify each customer individually.
