1. Pre-orders will be shipped by the Korean official distributor starting around early September. Please only place an order if you can accept this. The shipping time is subject to the official distributor's schedule; we only relay the information.

2. For those who choose "bank transfer" as the payment method, please remember to complete the transfer within 3 days and send a private message to our IG with the transfer details.

1. Once an order is placed, it is automatically entered into the Korean studio's pre-order system, so cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.

2. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "official Korean manufacturers." Therefore, if there are delays or adjustments to shipping times due to event schedules, we will notify you of the new shipping date separately. In such cases of delayed shipping, order cancellations will not be accepted under any pretext.

3. If the minimum order quantity is not met, there is a chance that the official distributor may cancel the order. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
