1. Pre-orders will be shipped sequentially by the official Korean vendor around late August to early September. Please only place an order if you can accept this. The shipping time is subject to the official vendor, and we are only responsible for relaying the information.

2. Friends who choose "Bank Transfer" as their payment method, please remember to complete the transfer within 3 days and send a private message to our IG with the transfer details.

 
Please note before placing an order!
1. Once an order is placed, it is automatically entered into the Korean studio's pre-order system, so cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. 

2. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "official Korean manufacturers." Therefore, if there are delays or adjustments to shipping times due to events, we will notify you of the new shipping date separately. No cancellations will be accepted due to such delays.

3. Placing an order signifies the establishment of a purchasing service agreement, and service items (purchasing, tracking goods, communicating with manufacturers) will be initiated. Therefore, no cancellations of service orders will be accepted for any reason during the service process.

4. If a product is faulty and unusable, please keep a video of the unboxing as proof that the item was purchased from us (please start filming from the moment you peel off the transparent sticker or even earlier). If it is proven to be a product purchased from us, we will provide an exchange and warranty.
