1. Once an order is placed, it is automatically entered into our Korean studio's pre-order system. If the official supplier delays shipment due to force majeure, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. This official website serves as a代購 (proxy purchase) service platform. Placing an order is considered an activation of the service, and no appreciation period (cooling-off period) is provided. Unless the official party definitively cancels the order or the shipping plan, cancellations will be arranged separately.

3. Our company only sources products from reputable "Korean distributors" and "Korean official manufacturers." If there are delays or adjustments to the shipping schedule, due to the large number of orders, we will not notify each customer individually.
