Unless the official supplier confirms an order cut or cancellation of the shipping plan, a separate arrangement will be made to cancel the order.

3. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "official Korean manufacturers." If there are delays in shipment or adjustments to the shipping schedule, due to the large volume of orders, we will not notify each customer individually.
