Candle Storage: Candles should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. Excessive heat or direct sunlight can cause the candle surface to melt, affecting the fragrance dispersion and resulting in insufficient aroma release when lit.
Usage Recommendations:
When burning the candle for the first time, please let it burn for at least 2 hours until the top layer of wax has melted evenly. Candles have a "burn memory"; if the wax around the wick is not evenly melted during the first burn, subsequent burns will only be limited to the area around the wick. Before each burn, please trim the wick to 5-8mm, removing the black portion to prevent excessive flame and to avoid black smoke or soot on the container. - Try to keep each burn within 2-4 hours. If you need to burn for a longer duration, it's best to extinguish the candle every 4 hours, trim the wick to 5-8mm, and then relight it. - When extinguishing the candle, try to use professional tools such as a snuffer or wick dipper. Do not blow out the candle with your mouth, as this can damage the candle and potentially create black smoke.
Special Note:
Candle products are affected by temperature. Phenomena such as thermal expansion and contraction, bubbles, or detachment from the container are normal and do not constitute a product quality issue.
