Placing an order is considered activating the service [no appreciation period provided], unless the official confirms order cancellation or discontinuation of shipping plans, in which case order cancellations will be arranged separately.

3. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "Korean official manufacturers." If there are delays or adjustments in shipping times, due to the large volume of orders, we will not notify each customer individually. Instead, we will announce the latest shipping time via "IG Stories."
