2. This official website is a purchasing agent service platform. Placing an order is considered initiating a service [no appreciation period provided]. Unless the official supplier confirms a cut in order quantity or cancellation of the shipment plan, the order will be cancelled separately.

3. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "Korean official manufacturers." If there are delays or adjustments in shipping times, due to the large volume of orders, we will not notify each customer individually.
