1. After placing an order, it will automatically be entered into the Korean studio's pre-order system for purchasing. If there are delays in shipment due to force majeure from the official supplier, no cancellations will be accepted.

2. This official website is a purchasing service platform. Placing an order is considered the initiation of service and does not offer a cooling-off period. Unless the official supplier confirms an order cut or cancellation of the shipping plan, order cancellations will be arranged separately.

3. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "official Korean manufacturers." If there are delays in delivery times, due to the large volume of orders, we will not notify each customer individually. Instead, we will announce the latest shipping times via "IG Stories."
