Estimated arrival time: Arriving in Korea sequentially from June 20th, plus 3-5 days for arrival in Taiwan.
The start date of delivery may vary depending on the manufacturer and logistics situation.
Any changes to the date will be announced separately.

1. After placing an order, it will automatically enter the pre-order system of our Korean studio. If there are delays in shipment due to force majeure by the official supplier, cancellations of orders will not be accepted in any form.

2. This official website is a代購 (daigou) service platform. Placing an order is considered the activation of service [no appreciation period provided]. Unless the official supplier confirms a cut in the order or cancels the shipping plan, order cancellations will be arranged separately.

3. Our company only sources products from reputable "Korean distributors" and "official Korean manufacturers." If there are delays or adjustments in shipping times, due to the large volume of orders, we will not notify each customer individually. Instead, we will announce the latest shipping time on "IG Stories."
