1. After placing an order, it will automatically enter the pre-order system of our Korean studio. If there is a delay in shipment due to force majeure by the official supplier, no cancellation of the order will be accepted by any means.

Placing an order is considered as activating the service [no appreciation period is provided], unless the official supplier confirms a cut in order quantity or cancels the shipping plan, in which case a separate cancellation of the order will be arranged.

3. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "official Korean manufacturers." If there is a delay or adjustment in the shipping time, due to the large number of orders, we will not notify each individual customer. Instead, we will announce the latest shipping time on our 'IG Stories'.
