Unless the official party confirms a cut in order quantity or cancellation of the shipment plan, order cancellations will be arranged separately.

3. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "official Korean manufacturers." If there are delays in shipment or adjustments to the shipping schedule, due to the large number of orders, individual notifications will not be sent.
