1. After placing an order, it will be automatically entered into the Korean studio's pre-order system. If the official supplier delays shipment due to force majeure, cancellations will not be accepted in any form.

2. This official website is a代購 (daigou) service platform. Placing an order is considered activation of the service [no appreciation period provided]. Unless the official supplier confirms a reduction in order or cancellation of the shipping plan, cancellations will be arranged separately.

3. Our company only sources from reputable "Korean distributors" and "Korean official manufacturers." If there are delays in shipment, due to the large volume of orders, we will not notify each customer individually. The latest shipping date will be announced separately on our "IG stories."
