※ Official concert merchandise proxy purchases are for pre-order items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after an order is placed, and the arrival time is subject to the official shipping schedule.

For those who choose bank transfer, please complete the transfer within 24 hours of placing the order, and actively report the last five digits of your account to our IG customer service for verification. If the transfer is not completed on time, the system will automatically cancel the order and release the spot to waiting list customers, without further notice.

I. Reservation and Order Cancellation Handling

4. Pre-order slots are exclusive. Placing an order occupies a limited quota. Failure to pay on time will be considered an order cancellation, and our store will record one cancellation mark.

5. Customers with one cancellation mark will be blacklisted by our store. All future orders (including pre-orders, in-stock items, and group purchases) will not be accepted, nor will orders placed by others on their behalf. This information will also be published on Threads.

6. For orders already placed (regardless of whether payment has been made) that are refused without cause or cancelled and cause damage to our store (including loss from idle slots, round-trip shipping, and related fees), our store reserves the right to claim compensation according to relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

 II. Cancellation and Refund

7. All items in our store are proxy purchased. Since placing an order constitutes the establishment of a proxy service contract, we will provide exclusive proxy services, and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after placement.

8. Defective items can be exchanged. Please record the entire unboxing and battery installation process upon receiving the product. If this process cannot be provided, even if the product is defective, it cannot be exchanged.

III. Shipping Schedule

9. Pre-order items are supplied by official Korean distributors and authorized resellers. The start date of delivery is subject to adjustment based on the manufacturer and logistics situation.

10. If there are any schedule changes, they will be announced uniformly on the official website and notified via IG stories. Individual notifications will not be sent, so please keep track.
