※ Official concert venue merchandise is a pre-order item. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after placing an order. The arrival time is subject to the official actual shipping schedule.

For those who choose bank transfer, please complete the transfer within 24 hours of placing the order,
and proactively report the last five digits of your account to our IG customer service for verification. For those who fail to transfer within the deadline,
the system will automatically cancel the order and release the slot to waiting customers, without further notice.

I. Reservation of Slots and Order Abandonment Policy

4. Pre-order slots are exclusive. Placing an order occupies a limited quota. Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered an abandoned order, and our store will record one instance of order abandonment.

5. Customers with one abandoned order record will be blacklisted by our store. All future orders (including pre-orders, in-stock items, and group purchases) will not be accepted, nor will orders placed by others on their behalf. This will also be announced on Threads.

6. For orders that have been placed (regardless of payment status) if the customer unrightfully refuses to accept or pay for the item and requests cancellation, causing damage to our store (including losses from idle slots, round-trip shipping costs, and related fees), our store reserves the right to claim compensation in accordance with relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

 II. Cancellations and Refunds

7. All items in our store are proxy purchased. Since placing an order constitutes the formation of a proxy purchase service agreement, our side will provide exclusive proxy purchase services, thus orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

8. Defective items can be exchanged. Upon receiving the product, please record the entire unboxing and battery installation process. If this process cannot be provided, even if the product is defective, no exchange will be possible.

III. Shipping Schedule

9. Pre-ordered items are supplied by official Korean sources and authorized distributors. The start of delivery may be adjusted based on the manufacturer and logistics situation.

10. If there are any schedule changes, a unified announcement will be made on the official website and via IG stories; individual notifications will not be sent. Please stay tuned for updates.
