※ Official concert merchandise is a pre-order item. Once an order is placed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Arrival time is subject to the official shipping schedule.

For those who choose bank transfer, please complete the transfer within 24 hours of placing the order,
and proactively report the last five digits of your account to our IG customer service for verification. If the transfer is not completed within the time limit,
the system will automatically cancel the order and release the slot to waiting candidates, without further notice.

I. Reservation and Order Cancellation Policy

4. Pre-order slots are exclusive. Placing an order occupies a limited quota. Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered an order cancellation, and our shop will record one instance of order cancellation.

5. Customers with one instance of order cancellation will be blacklisted by our shop. All future orders (including pre-orders, in-stock items, and group purchases) will not be processed, nor will orders placed by others on their behalf. This will also be announced on Threads.

6. For orders that have been placed (regardless of payment status), if the customer unreasonably refuses to receive or pay and requests cancellation, causing damages to our shop (including losses from idle slots, round-trip shipping fees, and related expenses), our shop reserves the right to claim compensation in accordance with relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

 II. Cancellation and Refund

7. All items in our shop are pre-ordered. Since placing an order constitutes the formation of a consignment service contract, we will provide exclusive consignment services, and therefore orders cannot be canceled once placed.

8. Defective items can be exchanged. Upon receiving the product, please record the entire unboxing and battery installation process. If this process cannot be provided, even if the product is defective, no exchange can be made.

III. Shipping Schedule

9. Pre-ordered items are supplied by official Korean and authorized distributors. The start date of delivery may be adjusted based on the manufacturer and logistics situation.

10. If there are any schedule changes, a unified announcement will be made on the official website and through IG stories. No individual notifications will be sent, so please keep track.
