※ Official concert merchandise is considered a pre-order item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after an order is placed. Arrival times are subject to the official shipping schedule.

For those who choose bank transfer, please complete the transfer within 24 hours of placing your order,
and proactively notify IG customer service with the last five digits of your account for verification. If the transfer is not completed on time,
the system will automatically cancel the order and release the spot to a waiting list candidate, without further notice.

I. Spot Reservation and Order Abandonment Policy

4. Pre-order spots are exclusive. Placing an order reserves a limited allocation. Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered an abandoned order, and our shop will record one instance of abandonment.

5. Customers with one abandoned order will be added to our shop's blacklist. All future orders (including pre-orders, in-stock items, and group purchases) will not be accepted, nor will orders placed by others on their behalf. This will also be announced on Threads.

6. For orders already placed (regardless of payment status) that are unreasonably refused or payment is withheld with a request for cancellation, resulting in damages to our shop (including losses from idle spots, round-trip shipping costs, and related fees), our shop reserves the right to claim compensation in accordance with relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

 II. Cancellations and Refunds

7. All items in our shop are purchased on behalf of customers. Since placing an order constitutes the establishment of a proxy purchasing service contract, we will provide exclusive proxy purchasing services, and therefore orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

8. Exchanges for defective items can be provided. Upon receiving the product, please record the entire unboxing and battery installation process. If this process cannot be provided, even if the product is defective, no exchange will be possible.

III. Shipping Schedule

9. Pre-order items are supplied by official Korean sources and authorized distributors. The start date for delivery may be adjusted based on the manufacturer and logistics situation.

10. If there are any schedule changes, a unified announcement will be made on the official website and via IG stories; individual notifications will not be sent. Please stay tuned for updates.
