※ Official concert venue merchandise is a pre-order item. Once an order is placed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. The arrival time is subject to the official shipping schedule.

For those who choose bank transfer, please complete the transfer within 24 hours of placing your order,
and proactively report the last five digits of your account to our IG customer service for reconciliation. If the transfer is not completed within the time limit,
the system will automatically cancel the order and release the spot to a waitlisted customer, without further notice.

I. Reservation of Spots and Order Cancellation Policy

4. Pre-order spots are exclusive. Placing an order occupies a limited quota. Failure to pay within the deadline will be considered an abandoned order, and our store will record one instance of abandoned order.

5. Customers with one abandoned order record will be placed on our store's blacklist. All future orders (including pre-orders, in-stock items, and group purchases) will not be accepted, nor will orders placed by others on their behalf. This will also be announced on Threads.

6. For orders already placed (regardless of payment status) that are refused without cause or cancelled, causing damage to our store (including loss from idle quotas, round-trip shipping fees, and related expenses), our store reserves the right to claim compensation in accordance with relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

 II. Cancellation and Refund

7. All items in our store are proxy purchased. Since placing an order is considered the formation of a proxy service contract, we will provide exclusive proxy purchasing services, and therefore orders cannot be canceled once placed.

8. Defective items can be exchanged. Upon receiving the product, please record the entire unboxing and battery installation process. If this process cannot be provided, even if the product is defective, no exchange will be possible.

III. Shipping Schedule

9. Pre-ordered items are supplied by official Korean sources and authorized distributors. The start of delivery may be adjusted based on manufacturer and logistics conditions.

10. If there are any schedule changes, a unified announcement will be made on the official website and via IG stories; individual notifications will not be sent. Please stay tuned for updates.
