2. This official website is a purchasing service platform. Placing an order is considered the initiation of service [no appreciation period provided], unless it is confirmed that the official has canceled the order or shipment plan, in which case order cancellations will be arranged separately.

3. Our company only sources products from reputable "Korean distributors" and "official Korean manufacturers." If there are delays in shipping or adjustments to delivery times, due to the large number of orders, individual notifications will not be sent.
